Rodebjer offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all online orders. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all brand tags still attached.
Request Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and include the printed return form inside to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping information.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt for tracking until your refund has been confirmed via email.
